US/CA news!
Hi everyone,
Here's a brief update to keep you in the loop about the status of games destined to the US/CA. We have been informed by our partner Funagain Logistics about the start of the US fulfillment on the second week of June and on the steps for the Canadian orders. Below you can find their statement on the reason for this delay:
"We currently have Sons of Faeriell beginning the second week of June. This is changing timeline based on several factors so we'll keep you updated as things shift around.
We are currently working through projects in an order determined by a combination of factors like date stock was received, for instance. Our team has also anticipated time to complete projects and created a projected calendar based off of this data. As projects come in either early or late and others finish shipping, our projected calendar shifts so estimate dates are changing regularly.
Stock for Canadian orders will be sent all together to our partner depot there where they will then pack and ship individual orders. We'll have the team prep and send this stock to Canada before fulfillment begins so that games will arrive and be able to ship in a closer timeline to the US games.
I confirmed with the team that stock was received at the warehouse and as soon as we start the fulfillment we will notify you."
We will share another update when we receive confirmation that they are beginning the fulfillment process.

US/CA games are on their way!
Hi you all!
We are happy to say that our forwarder stated the cargo containing US/CA games reached its destination at the port. Afterwards it arrived at the final destination CFS warehouse (the warehouse of the Container Freight Station) and was devanned. The pick up and delivery of the cargo to the Funagain Logistics warehouse is scheduled for today.
Once Funagain Logistics receives the games, they will ship those destined toCanada over to their Canadian warehouse. Meanwhile they will start preparing the orders for the US backers and soon after the dispatches will start.
As soon as we have further news from them we will share it in another update :)
Most fulfillments are over!
The fulfillment for Asia, Europe and UK have ended. Few parcels in Australia and Italy still need to be delivered due to some shipping issues. Don't worry, we are handling them with our logistics partners (arranging shipments from other hubs, where necessary). Speaking of which, if you too need assistance with your parcel, feel free to contact our support at [email protected] and they will be glad to help you out.
The orders for rest of the world, which comprehend destinations like Chile, Peru and South Africa, will be handled by our warehouse in Italy instead. In two weeks we should receive the pallet, so we will then be able to ship those orders and send out tracking numbers of course :)
Sons of Faeriell App? In June!
On a last note, our developers are working hard on the App of Sons of Faeriell and whispered in our ears that the first App release will happen at the beginning of June! Are you excited? 😍

US/CA Status of the ship!
Hello everyone!
Regarding the ship headed to the US, containing the cargo with US and Canadian games, our forwarder let us know that the estimated time of arrival is April 1st at the port of Los Angeles. While the estimated arrival at the final destination in Indianapolis is April 14th. As always, please note that this is an estimation but we will surely keep you posted!
We have been informed that our factory mispacked the coaster sets and for this reason every fulfillment center inserted one coaster only instead of four to each order containing that item. Don't worry though, we already took care of sorting this out.
In fact we made our factory ship the missing copies to each fulfillment center. For the fulfillments that already have started/have finished, our logistics partners will ship asap the remaining 3 coasters to each backer who ordered them and to each backer who earned them as a Tabula Pulse reward.
Australian fulfillment
We found solutions to the shipping issues we previously mentioned, so all remaining orders will be shipped soon.
Italian fulfillment
Two-thirds of the fulfillment is done, only the last batch of backers is left. Our logistics partner will also ship the other three coasters to each backer :)
European fulfillment
Meeple Logistics confirmed they started the shipment of the parcels to European backers. Please consider that there are more than 1050 orders to ship, so they are going to take care of them through different waves.
UK fulfillment
Zatu confirmed they are finishing the fulfillment these days, but they informed us that there was a mistake on their end with the sleeves.
The backers who ordered the sleeves and those who are entitled to get them thanks to Tabula Pulse will receive the clear ones in a separate shipment. Everything is accounted for, as by the end of this week our logistics partner stated they will dispatch both the clear sleeves and the coasters to everyone who has them in their order! 💪
Asianfulfillment
The Asian fulfillment is almost complete, just few countries are left like Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
Also, VFI Asia is going to ship the 3 coasters soon to each backer ;)

Hi dear people of Faeriell,
We wanted to touch base today as we have new estimates for you regarding some of the fulfillments.
IT fulfillment
Our logistics partner informed us that the first parcels will be shipped starting tomorrow! So, the first tracking numbers will be sent tomorrow consequently! Are you excited? 😄
EU fulfillment
Meeple Logistics is going to receive the pallets for Europe tomorrow top. From that moment on they will start processing the orders :D
About the rest we will keep you posted as soon as we have further news, stay tuned!

The shipping process so far!
Hello everyone!
This is an update regarding the shipping process worldwide to keep everyone in the loop!
Asia
Below is the most updated time table our fulfillment partner shared with us:
- Japan orders have been sent out to the specific VFI hub on February 25th and the estimated time of arrival is March 10th.
- Singapore orders have been sent out to the VFI hub on February 25th, the estimated time of arrival is March 20th.
- SouthKorea orders have been sent out to the VFI hub on March 1st, the estimated time of arrival is March 15th.
- Philippines orders are scheduled to be sent out to the VFI hub on the early days of March, the estimated time of arrival is April 10th.
- Taiwan orders have been sent out to the VFI hub on March 2nd, the estimated time of arrival is March 15th.
- Thailand orders are scheduled to be sent out to the VFI hub on the early days of March, the estimated time of arrival is April 5th.
- Malaysia orders are scheduled to be sent out to the VFI hub on the early days of March, the estimated time of arrival is March 31st.
Take into account that after the games arrive at the destination hubs, within a week the parcels will be shipped to backers.
US/Canada
The pallets were collected at the factory, brought to the port and loaded onto the ship named MSC Livorno, here is the tracking for you to check. The ship departed from the Chinese port on February 24th. The estimated time of arrival at Los Angeles port is March 24th. Please note this is just an estimation, as you all know the drill in these unpredictable times.
Australia/NewZealand
We were told by our logistics partner in Australia (Unicorn Games) that half of the orders have already been shipped to backers. The other half requires more time to be processed due to shipping issues, which will require further copies to be shipped to the Australian hub. We are already accounting for everything so we thank everyone in advance for the patience since these days shipping processes are more stressed, some issues can occur. Will keep you posted!
UK
The goods will reach Zatu's warehouse (the logistics partner we rely on for the UK) in the next few days, so they will soon start to process the orders into their system and start fulfilling them. According to their estimation, all backers should receive their orders by the end of next week.
Europe
The pallets containing the European games have smoothly cleared customs at Genoa and reached our Italian logistics partner (Ecourier) warehouse.
They will start to process the orders to Italian backers soon.
After a thorough check, the games for the remaining European backers will be picked up and shipped to our fulfillment partner (Meeple Logistics) located in France.
Our French partner stated they should be able to package, label and finally start shipping orders in the next few weeks from when they receive the pallets.
We would suggest to stay tuned, in the next update we will share more estimates from our logistics partners and keep you informed about what's next in this process!
