Shipping news!

Hi everyone, how are you?

Here's an update on what's new on the shipping process so far.

US/CA games

Please note that the worldwide delays due to the pandemic are still affecting the shipments and this one in particular. Additionally, due to a Covid-19 outbreak in the province of Ningbo (where it is located our manufacturer) and the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations, our forwarder notified us that they were not able to bring the games out of Ningbo just yet. 

We consequently had to rely on other international forwarders able to get the goods out of the city. Once found the right partner, they let us know that the games will be most likely brought outside of Ningbo after the Chinese New Year and in the meantime they will be safe and sound in our manufacturer's warehouse. 

Hopefully the situation gets cleared out soon. We are doing the best we can in order to assure the games get loaded onto a ship and reach their destination as soon as possible, so we really appreciate your patience in this situation!

UK games

Games destined to UK have been picked up from the factory and, in the next update, we will be able to provide more information.

Asian games

Games for Asian backers are currently being delivered, currently we know for sure that games have been delivered to Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. On February 10th the logistics partners will get back to work after the Chinese New Year celebrations and go on with the fulfillment of the parcels.

Also we got some pictures taken during the process!

European games

As the current delays are impacting all shipments indeed, the ship containing the European cargo actually departed on January 9th instead of December 26th, which is what we were told and what we shared with everyone through our previous update, so apologies for that. 

The ship is still on the water and our forwarder mentioned to us the estimated time of arrival should be February 14th. Yet, again, please keep in mind that this date is just an estimation. 

Australian/NZ games

The games for Australian and New Zealand backers are currently clearing customs, as soon as everything is accounted for they will reach our logistics partner's warehouse.

We will keep you posted, once we have further updates on the games for each country, so stay tuned.

Latest on shipping and Merry Xmas!

All shipments and names of two ships!

Hi everyone!

Today we wanted to share with you the latest on the project's shipping.

The pallets for Asian backers arrived at VFI's warehouse and as soon as possible will be processed for the fulfillment.

The cargo destined to Australia was loaded onto the ship "OOCL CANADA V.0" with estimated departure on December 25th. 

The cargo destined to Europe was loaded onto the ship "MSC Apolline" with estimated departure on December 26th. 

When the time comes, you can track these two shipments on the Marine Traffic website here. In any case, if the departure dates change we will let you certainly stay in the know.

The UK pallets are waiting to be collected.

Regarding the cargo for USA/Canada, we are constantly in contact with our forwarders, but as mentioned in our previous update, there have been huge delays in all shipments lately. 

For instance, as you notice, the departures of the two ships headed to Australia and Europe are just estimations and furthermore the forwarders informed us that they should have occured few days ago, instead.  As you see, the current worldwide situation is affecting the whole shipping process, indeed. 

As soon as we know more we will notify everyone for sure! Thank you for your patience!

Shipping has started!

Pallets are being collected!

Hi dear supporters, how are you?

As promised, here's an update to keep you in the loop! We wanted to post an update last week, but we were waiting for some important photos from the factory and updates from our forwarders ourselves. The pallets containing the games are being picked up at the factory! 

In specific, the Australian cargo is now on the truck. It will be brought to the port and then loaded onto the ship (by next update we will also get the name of the ship and share it with you).

Additionally, tomorrow our logistics partner VFI Asia will handle the collection of the games destined to Asia by land.

The European and the UK pallets below are about to be collected shortly. 

The pallets destined to the US and Canada are also waiting to be picked-up. Please take into account that nowadays, due to the pandemic, besides shipping related delays it is also more difficult to book space on ships for goods destined to the US. 

We are in constant contact with our forwarders and we are doing our best to have those pallets loaded as well as soon as possible. 

We will certainly keep you posted about this as soon as we have news. Thanks for understanding as this situation is out of our control and thank you for your patience!

Increased shipping costs, but not for you!

Furthermore, again because of the pandemic, lately there has been a huge increase on all costs regarding shipments worldwide, especially in the USA and Canada, where the prices have quadruplicated compared to last year when we launched Sons of Faeriell. 

Nevertheless, since our aim is always to be reliable towards our backers it did not cross our minds to ask you to cover extra charges. We don't want to break our promises at all costs, so please note that the prices increase will not be reflected on you in any way. 

We hope this can be appreciated on your side, guys.

Once we gather news and confirmations from our forwarders we will share them with everyone of you through another update, so we suggest to stay tuned!

The shipping process will begin soon!

Assembly began and shipping will start soon!!!

Hi everyone! How are you?

We are so happy to announce that all Sons of Faeriell components have been produced, so the mass production is over and the manufacturing assembly has consequently started! Then, as mentioned in update #17, we will lock the addresses on November 15th (please reach our support at [email protected] if you need to edit your shipping information). 

Afterwards, the shipping process will begin! Isn't it great?? 😍

Final production sample played the other night!

Since we couldn't resist, the other night we played the final production sample of Sons of Faeriell we received from the factory: it was AWESOME!!!

We had so much fun during that game night, and we were really excited to try out the most updated and final sample as well! Here are some pictures we took 😉

The updated rulebooks!

On a last note, we wanted to share with you the updated digital version of the base and extra rules in: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish. Furthermore, one of our backers translated the base and extra rules into Dutch, so you will find the Dutch rulebook as well thanks to Yannick Zoldermans! Kudos to all translators, well done! 👏
